How did I become a passionate leadership trainer and coach?
Early in my career, I worked at a global consulting company developing leaders all over the world. It was in this company that my deep passion for leadership development was first born.
I was able to see first-hand that a more skilled leader equals happier teams and better results.
I have also worked “in the trenches” as a leader building teams and learning to get results through other people. These leadership positions gave me the hands-on experience which formed the foundation of all of my programs. Everything that I teach, I have practiced myself as a leader.
Since founding Mosaic People Development in 2011, I have been fortunate enough to work with thousands of amazing people.
Watching them emerge into talented leaders has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
But I have also witnessed many leaders who struggle.
Leadership can be really challenging.
Plus, so many leaders get promoted into leadership positions without any formal training and so they lack the tools to succeed.
But the good news is that leaders are not born, rather they are “made” and developed.
This is where I come in.
Everything I teach I have practiced myself as a leader. So, while leadership can be challenging…it doesn’t have to be!
