How to shift your perspective for better results

Have you ever read a book that changed your life or drastically shifted your perspective?
I certainly have.
This week, in my basement, I found a copy of Man’s Search for Meaningby Viktor Frankl. I have now added this book to my list of life-changers!!!
In the book, psychologist Viktor Frankl details his harrowing experiences living in Auschwitz, a concentration camp, during the Second World War.
Reading the book, I was in awe of Frankl’s perspective. I was utterly amazed at how he could survive such intense trauma and still find deep meaning in his life.
How did he do this?
One key strategy was to shift his perspective.
There are so many amazing lessons to be learned from this book.
Today, I pulled out one lesson for you that is related to perspective shifting.

Watch the video below.

I’ll show you how to use a very powerful “perspective shifting” tool so that you can:

  • Coach your people to solve their own problems
  • Find a more positive perspective for yourself

Especially now during this “COVID era”, this book is well worth the read.

After all, we can all use a bit of perspective shifting these days. Right?!?!?!
