Today’s question: I spend so much time in meetings! Help! What can I do to manage this issue?
Why do we spend so much time in meetings? Why are these meetings mainly unproductive? For the most part, it is because they are unstructured, disorganized and lack focus. Plus, they are too long. Why do we schedule one hour for a meeting that could take 15 or 20 minutes to complete? So today I’ll share a cheeky (but awesome!) tool to help you deal with people who suck up your time in meetings! My client taught me this tool last week so I’m excited to share it with you.
