How to motivate yourself and your team through transition

What is your biggest leadership issue these days?

I recently asked this question to a group of my clients.

Their response was not surprising….and was summed up well by one person who said:

“My biggest issue is navigating the “back to work” transition. It’s tough. People have to give all that free time back to their commutes, and it’s stressful. Their jobs require it and even when we see the benefits of a return to in-person work, the adjustment period can be jarring. I guess the same can be said about vaccination – it’s scary for some and some people feel powerless now that is being mandated all over the place, including to keep your job.”

Can you relate to these sentiments?

This transition back to work is (to quote my client above):

  • Stressful
  • Jarring
  • Scary
  • And leaves some people feeling powerless

Wow! That is a lot to manage for anyone, especially leaders who are responsible for ensuring that this transition is a smooth one.

My client’s comments struck a chord with me.

I kept thinking…

What can I do to help?

It really doesn’t have to be so stressful, jarring, and scary.

So, I had an idea.

I’m going to run a workshop called, “Motivate Yourself and Your Team  – Through any Transition”…and you are invited to attend!

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The difference between change and transition
  • What you can do to feel more content and grounded through any transition
  • Why transition is jarring for many people and why they might be resistant
  • How to coach your team through transition – whether you are managing a virtual, hybrid or in person team

This workshop will be very high value and my gift to you!

You bring your lunch, and I’ll bring the content on December 16th from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm EST.

Register here and get this workshop locked and loaded in your calendar:
